The significance of meditation is to train the mind to be free from clinging in our daily activites.

Time: Sunday morning    9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

 

Program includes: 

        1. Paying respect to the Triple Gem,

        2. Sitting meditation

        3. Walking meditation

        4. Dharma  Discussion

Teacher: Venerable Xin-xing

 

Experienced in teaching Buddhist meditation for more than 20 years.

Speaks English & Chinese

          Peaceful monastic settings.

 

Fee: $20.00

 

         

Suitable for beginners and  experienced practitioners. Open to public.

 

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing that is suitable for sitting in cross-legged posture.
