The significance of meditation is to train the mind to be free from clinging in our daily activites.

Weekly Meditation

 

Program includes:  

        1. Exercise for Health & Relaxation

        2. Paying respect to the Triple Gem,

        3. Sitting meditation

        4. Walking meditation

        5. Dharma  Discussion

        6. Loving-kindness Meditation

Time:

         Tuesday evening  7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

         Thursday evening 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

         Sunday morning    9:00 AM – 10:30 AM

 

 

Teacher: Xin-xing Shifu

 

Experienced in teaching Buddhist meditation for more than 20 years.

Speaks English & Chinese

          Peaceful monastic settings.

         

Suitable for beginners and  experienced practitioners. Open to public.

 

Please wear loose and comfortable clothing that is suitable for sitting in cross-legged posture.
